The Barnabas Fund

The purpose of the Barnabas Fund is to follow the example of Barnabas, whose generosity is highlighted in Acts 4:36-37, by providing an avenue through which the Presbytery of the Central Carolinas can provide financial encouragement to Teaching Elders and Commissioned Pastors and their families.

We realize that from time to time financial needs may arise that can provide stress or disappointment for those who are serving in our churches. When these situations arise, the Barnabas Fund may be a resource to provide tangible evidence of the grace of God and the love of the saints. The fund will is available to assist with “situational” financial stress from unexpected medical and living expenses.
